Biosecurity and Quarantine Mechanisms Guidelines Promotion and Training Meetings were held on 03-04 March 2022 in Ankara with the participation of many institutions such as UNDP, General Directorate for Nature Conservation and National Parks (GDNCP), Governmental Institutions, NGOs, Divers-Diving School Representatives, Maritime Transport Sector. During the training, Biosafety and Quarantine Mechanisms related to Marine Biodiversity and Marine IAS were discussed in detail and the contents of the guidelines prepared specifically for 3 target groups were presented and elaborated by MarIAS Project Biosecurity and Quarantine expert Prof. Dr. Gurel TÜRKMEN.
